Social good partners, SM Foundation mount medical mission in Olongapo

Volunteers man the SM Foundation’s Mobile Clinic, providing assistance to patients undergoing electrocardiograms (ECGs) and X-ray procedures.
Sharing the same mission of bringing quality healthcare closer to communities, SM Foundation, Bankers Institute of the Philippines (BAIPHIL), and Columban College collaborated on a medical mission in Olongapo City.
Serving more than 1,500 patients, the collaboration provided a range of services, including medical and dental checkups for various health concerns, as well as free optical exams, reading glasses, blood tests, medications, and vitamins.
Meanwhile, SM Foundation's Mobile Clinic was deployed to provide free Electrocardiograms (ECGs) and X-rays to the patients, enhancing the diagnostic capabilities available during the mission.
Through its Health and Medical Programs, the SM Foundation upgrades public health centers in its host communities, complemented by its medical caravans across the country. To date, it has renovated more than 200 health and wellness centers and served over 1.3 million patients during its medical missions.

Through the social good collaboration of Bankers Institute of the Philippines (BAIPHIL), Columban College, and SM Foundation, over 1,500 patients received a range of free healthcare services in Olongapo.
