SM Foundation distributes 14,700 Kalinga packs in Bicol

Foundation, through its Operation Tulong Express (OPTE) program, distributes 14,700 Kalinga (relief) packs to families severely affected by Super Typhoon Rolly in the Bicol Region. OPTE is a social good program of SM Foundation in collaboration with SM Supermalls and SM Markets which aims to address the needs of communities during calamities and crisis.
