SM Foundation donates shoes to grade schoolers of Looc ES

SMFI and ACPACI distribute shoes and school supplies to school children of Looc Elementary School

SM Foundation (SMFI), in partnership with Bata Philippines and in coordination with the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Commerce and Industry (ACPACI) in the Philippines, donated 400 pairs of shoes and 100 sets of school supplies for the students of Looc Elementary School (LES) in Nasugbu, Batangas last February 29.

This is in line with the SM Store’s “Share Shoes (Good for the Sole)” campaign of SM supermalls.

The program targeted the school children of LES in Nasugbu, Batangas as the recipients of the social good program as one of those heavily affected by the Taal volcano eruption last January.

LES was also the 100th recipient of a two-story, 4-classroom school building from SMFI and the Manila Southcoast Development Corp. last October 2019.

Aside from the distribution of shoes and school supplies, ACPACI also organized a fun-filled party for the children in the said grassroots community.
